Your physical therapist

I am a physical therapist who graduated from the Egas Moniz School, with an approach focused on functional rehabilitation, movement, and personalized care.

Through this degree, I have acquired up-to-date knowledge in physical therapy, based on the latest scientific evidence and reinforced by its practical application throughout my university education and clinical experience.

I practice physical therapy with individualized treatment for pain and disorders of the musculoskeletal system. My approach is focused on functional recovery, prevention, and maintaining appropriate physical activity, both in everyday life and in a sports context.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience in hospitals, private clinics, high-performance centers, and sports settings, both in Portugal and France. These experiences have allowed me to develop a comprehensive approach to physical therapy, tailoring treatment to each patient's needs, goals, and life circumstances.

I believe in active physiotherapy based on education, prevention, and functional recovery, focused on patient autonomy and well-being. I speak French, Portuguese, and English, which allows me to support an international clientele with clear and effective communication.
