About me

I am a physical therapist who graduated from the Egas Moniz School, passionate about movement, sports, and functional rehabilitation.

I work in Greater metropolitan area, accompanying patients in different areas of the region.

Through my experience in hospitals, private clinics, and high-performance centers, I have developed a practice based on empathy, science, and adaptation to each person's needs. I believe in a comprehensive approach that integrates mobility, strength, prevention, and education to promote effective and sustainable recovery.

My goal is to help each patient regain confidence in their body, improve their quality of life, and achieve their highest functional level.
